We’ll send your private upload link, password, and submission instructions. Upload one complete PDF per bidder whenever possible, plus the owner request or scope documents if available.
Send the contractor responses later
Use the bidder-specific questions from the analysis to request clarification. Once you have received the contractor responses you want included, submit them together as one response package within 30 days. We then perform the one included contractor-response analysis.

Contractor-response window
You have 30 days from delivery of the initial analysis to submit contractor responses for the included follow-up analysis. Wait until you have received the contractor responses you want included, then submit them together as one complete response package. The included follow-up analysis is performed one time. Contractors that do not respond can simply remain unresolved in the follow-up analysis.Same project, bidders, and base scope
The included contractor-response analysis applies to the same project, same bidders, and same base scope reviewed initially. New bidders, major scope changes, substantially revised bid packages, multi-building packages, or unusually complex submissions may require separate pricing.
